COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATION

Sebastián Campaña is a Social Communication student, youth leader, and communications professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing communication strategies for social projects, civil society organizations, and citizen participation processes. Throughout his career, he has led high-impact initiatives related to human rights, community development, youth leadership, and organizational strengthening, driving projects that have benefited people in different regions of Ecuador.

He has held leadership and communication roles in local, national, and international organizations, notably his work as an external communications advisor at the National Assembly of Ecuador, national vice president of the World Vision Ecuador National Youth Network, and representative of Tungurahua before the National Youth Advisory Council. His experience spans areas such as strategic communication, social media management, public relations, audiovisual production, photography, campaign design, and the construction of narratives for social transformation.

He currently serves as Communications Coordinator at Huasipichanga, where he leads the planning and execution of institutional communication strategies, content creation, and raising the visibility of the impact of the organization's programs and projects.
