PROJECT MANAGER (ECU)

Evelyn works on building more inclusive, safe, and sustainable cities, promoting the integration of human rights, universal accessibility, gender, and youth participation approaches into urban development processes. Her work focuses on driving initiatives that strengthen community leadership and citizen participation in the transformation of territories.

She holds a degree in Urban Architecture from Universidad Tecnológica Indoamérica and a Master's in Urbanism with a specialization in Governance and Territorial Planning with a focus on Climate Change from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.

She currently serves as Project Manager of Safe and Sound Cities Ambato. She is also an One Young World Ambassador for Ecuador and was National President of Ecuador's Youth Advisory Council (2021–2023), where she led the national process of developing the proposed Youth Law together with more than 17,000 young people from across the country, promoting the effective participation of young people in the formulation of public policy.
